The accomplishments, policies and services rendered and delivered by the government are likewise touched and tackled in the 24 chapters of the book with added information on the history, early development, geography, government relations of the country and some selected international statistics.
This year's feature article highlights the results of the 2008 Survey on Information and Communication Technology (SICT), in response to an increasing demand for information on ICT-related statistics. The 2008 SICT is the second series of survey conducted by the NSO that aims to collect and generate information on the availability, distribution and access/utilization of ICT.
